Delivery & Shipping
Deliveries within Australia are made using Express Post. All deliveries within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $15. Once orders have been processed, shipping is estimated at 1 business day for metropolitan areas and 2-3 business days for regional and remote areas.
Please supply your best daytime address for shipping as Australia Post requires a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the package, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.
Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next business day. In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
All International Orders are charged a flat rate of $30 for delivery. International orders will be delivered between 7-10 business days.
Orders from outside of Australia are shipped via Registered Post International, from Australia Post.
Please note that lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.
As Australia Post requires a signature on delivery of goods, please provide your best daytime address for shipping. If no-one is available to sign for the package, a note will be left with details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.
We value our customers and we strive to make you as happy as possible with your purchases. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or you require an exchange for a different size please read and follow the below steps.
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. After 7 days of receipt we will not accept returned goods. To return or exchange please email us at with your order details on hand, or call 02 8065 4930 so that Customer Care can assist you with your return.
If you are an international customer and wish to return/exchange, please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items and items which have been worn.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- The returns form is filled out in full.
- The original receipt is sent with the order.
- It arrives at our office within 7 days of you receiving it in hand.
- If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for posting goods back to Thomas Hulston. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels within Australia). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. Thomas Hulston is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
Refunds are made less return postage. Please note the original postage charge cannot be refunded. Items, which are exchanged for you, will be re-sent at your own cost.
Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come through onto your account.
We strongly suggest that you inspect your garments for any faults, marks or damage before you remove the tags as once they are removed you will be unable to return the garments.
